And so it begins – with a text-heavy introductory splash page! Still, every adventure must begin somewhere, and damn, Gene sure draws pretty, doesn’t he?

Congrats, Chris! Great to see this taking off! Brilliant stuff! I’m along for the adventure…
Brilliant! Will be following the adventure too!
Great beginning, will be following this one closely!
Can’t wait for more of this! The title and look are spot on.
Got my boarding pass right here!
Nice. That is the “problem” with splash page when in page 1: it drives us to start reading the story. It will be hard to wait one week for it!
BTW, nice homage to A Princess of Mars 🙂
Ohh. So that what those rocks are doing there. Nice start.
Great set up! Looking forward to more.
Good luck! A Princess of Mars is not a bad place to begin….
Best of luck! It sounds very interesting. Can’t wait to see what’s next.
Can’t wait to see how it works out. Great start.
Awesome, awesome, awesome… Congrats on the launch, Chris! Looking forward to much, much more…
Congrats on the launch! 😀
Very cool! Can’t wait to read and see more…
And so it begins! Gene’s art is really going to make this story a visual treat!
Great start! Count me in as a fan. Congratulations on getting this launched.
I’m ready for the adventure…..here we go!
Looks interesting guys. Will be looking forward to seeing how it unfolds
Very cool artwork and intriguing story! Gonna keep an eye on this!
Looking forward to following this. My kind of comics!
Aaaaaaannnnd I’m hooked. Great concept, great art. Can’t wait to see where it goes.
As a fan of Buck Rogers, and anything involving swords and laser guns, I’m in! (Thanks to the Lady Sabre post for the heads-up.)
Been waiting for this for years. American comics have too long ignored the basics: space opera, planetary romance, sword & sorcery, and plain old swashbuckling. I don’t care how Wolverine picks his noce; I’ll follow PoPX to the ends of the cosmos . . . and beyond. (Suitably pulpy?)
LOVE the opening narration!
Beautiful art too!!
Can’t wait
